Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225° C (Gas level 4). Fry the pork fillets in hot lard. Meanwhile, grate the cheese. 
  2. Put the pork fillets in a greased form and place the frozen potatoes next to them.  Season with salt and pepper. Spread half of the crème fraiche and the grated cheese over the potatoes and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Then add the remaining crème fraiche and bake another 5 minutes.

  • 600g pork fillet
  • 40g Parmesan cheese
  • 40g Emmentaler cheese
  • 450g potatoes (frozen)
  • 200g crème fraiche
  • 20g LARU pork lard
  • LARU pork lard (to grease the form)
  • Salt and pepper
