1. Peel the lemons. Heat the LARU goose lard until melted. 
  2. Put the lard, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs in a bowl and stir. Add the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved and you have a thick fluid mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture on a greased baking tray and bake the cake in a 175° C preheated oven for 20 minutes. When the cake has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
