Preparation:

  1. Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, goose lard, and eggs in a bowl and mix well. After this, stir in the drained cherries.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray and sprinkle it with the coarse sugar. Bake the cake in a 200° C preheated oven for 20 minutes. When the cake has cooled off, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
