1. Separate the eggs and stir the egg whites until stiff. 
  2. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and stir until foamy. 
  3. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. 
  4. Pour the mixture in a spring cake tin and bake the cake in a 200° C preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
